Crystal Heart is tested to work with Nova Launcher and also seems to work with Apex or ADW Launcher. Nova launcher officially supports icon masks and works flawlessly. Overall icon size can be increased beyond 100% to suit your taste and needs.

Icon masks, like their name, mask around all the existing app icons creating a uniform appearance without the need of editing a pack of icon hence no icon requests needed, ever! Once dowloaded these icon masks would work forever as long as the Nova launcher (and Apex & ADW) continue to support them.
